The Clearing

Another inkjet transfer onto aluminum roof flashing. Original shot with a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash camera with an inverted lens. A couple of people have asked me about this process and when I have a little more time I will write something about it on the blog.

  1. Oh my, Jim that's a gorgeous transfer! It looks as if it's made of liquid and clouds.

    1. It's made up mostly of liquid I think. It's still tacky a few days after I did it.

  2. This is incredible - just added to my favorites on Flickr. It has that feeling of a living moment absolutely inseparable from the medium and materials capturing it. Timeless.
